PRIMARY 1 PHASE 2B REGISTRATION IN ANGLICAN SCHOOLS (2026 INTAKE)

For children born between:
2 Jan 2019 – 1 Jan 2020 (both dates inclusive)

 

Important dates to note:

1. DEADLINE OF SUBMISSIONS FOR SJSM ENDORSEMENT:  15 April 2025
2. PHASE 2B MOE APPLICATION WINDOW (usually a 2 working day window):

WHAT IS PHASE2B

Children of confirmed members of the Anglican are eligible to increase their chances of balloting placement of their children at the following schools:

1. St Andrew's Junior School (boys)
2. St Hilda's Primary School (co-ed)
3. St Margaret's Primary School (girls)

Please note, however, that placement is not guaranteed.

 

GETTING YOUR ENDORSEMENTS

In order to apply for phase 2B registration, endorsements from the Vicar is required. This requires some time so do submit as early as possible so that your documents are ready when the application window opens.

 

The following need to be submitted either in person or via email to Cindy at cindylee@sjsm.org.sg
by 15 April:

1. SJSM Verification form*
2. Form A *   (and supporting documents:)
   PLEASE READ the Instructions to Parents from the Diocese of Singapore
   1. Child / Ward’s Birth Certificate
   2. Parent/s NRIC (MOE requirement beginning 2025)
   3. Parent/s Confirmation & Baptism Certificate/s

 

Printed copies are also available at the info desk before/after the weekend services.

 

Once you receive the SJSM Endorsement documents, follow the MOE instructions on how to submit them during the MOE application window.
