Primary 1 (Phase 2B) Registration (SJSM submissions by 24 May)

PRIMARY 1 PHASE 2B 2026 REGISTRATION IN ANGLICAN SCHOOLS (for 2027 INTAKE)

If you believe you meet the criteria, please note that eligibility for this phase does not guarantee admission, as placement outcomes and the number of available places are determined by MOE. The schools are:

• St Andrew’s School (Junior)
• St. Hilda’s Primary School
• St. Margaret’s School (Primary)

Please read this letter to parents from the Anglican Diocese of Singapore.

SJSM VERIFICATION PROCESS 

The following are to be submitted in person by at least 1 parent by 24 May

Weekends: Info Desk before/after service
Weekdays: Level 3 Church office reception.

1. Child’s Birth Certificate
2. Parent(s) Baptism & Confirmation Certificates
   For inquiries on/to obtain certified true copies of baptism or confirmation certificates, please write to sjsmmembership@sjsm.org.sg no later than 20 May 2026
3. Copy of Parent(s) NRIC
4. Completed SJSM Verification Form (print and complete)
5. Completed Form A (print and complete)
   Note: After endorsement, submit Form A and the required documents via the MOE portal when Phase 2B opens.
