Notice of AGM
Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given on 9 March 2024, that the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the members of St. John’s – St. Margaret’s Church will held at Christ Sanctuary on Sunday, 21 April 2024 at 12:30pm.

Should any member wish to raise matters under 'Any Other Business’ (AOB), please provide details via email to the Vicar at (agm@sjsm.org.sg) by Thu, 11 April 2024.
Electoral Roll
The Electoral Roll (ER) will be available onsite from Saturday, 23 March 2024 for verification. Only ER members are allowed to vote. To be on the ER, you must: be a Confirmed member; be at least 17 years old; have submitted an ER enrolment form. If you wish to be on the ER, write in to sjsmmembership@sjsm.org.sg.
Nomination of PCC Members
Nominations for 2024/2025 PCC members will open to ER members on
9 Mar 2024. Please pray earnestly and seriously consider the nomination and election of the following:
- People’s Warden (1-year term)
- Honorary Secretary (1-year term)
- Honorary Treasurer (1-year term)
- 7 Parochial Church Council (PCC) Members (1-yr term)

Annual Report
The annual report will be made available for download to all ER members before the AGM by email. If you are on the ER and would like a printed copy of the report, please email agm@sjsm.org.sg by Thur, 11 Apr 2024.
RSVP for AGM
Registration for lunch and child-minding on the day of the AGM is required by Thursday, 11 Apr 2024. You may do so online by clicking the button below.

* We welcome regular SJSM visitors who have yet to join our Electoral Roll but wish to attend the AGM. In keeping with our Constitution however, such visitors can only be observers to the meetings.
Quorum
The quorum for AGM 2024 is 513.

INQUORATE AGM

In the event that the quorum is not met, the AGM will be postponed to 28 Apr 2024. Information related to the session will be communicated following the inquorate AGM.
