Raising Resilient Kids
Building B.O.U.N.C.E for the Bumps in Life

We live in a fast-paced, high-pressure world often described as volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous. Many children today feel overwhelmed by expectations, academic stress, and social pressures. As parents, we long to protect our children—but more importantly, to equip them.
In this session, discover how to help your child develop emotional strength and resilience through life’s inevitable challenges. Learn how to:

  • Understand the real stressors affecting children today
  • Reframe failure as a powerful gift for growth
  • Build psychological and emotional resilience
  • Apply the B.O.U.N.C.E framework to everyday parenting

Raising Relationally-Smart Kids
An Integrated Approach to Love, Sex & Relationships

Talking about sexuality can feel uncomfortable—but silence is not a strategy. In today’s media-saturated world, children are exposed to messages about relationships, identity, and sexuality earlier than ever—from the internet, peers, and even AI. If we don’t guide them, someone else will.

This session equips parents to approach sexuality education with confidence, clarity, and a biblical perspective.

What You’ll Gain:

  • Understand the realities children face today—from online content to cultural influences
  • Learn what to teach at different ages about relationships, identity, and character
  • Gain practical tools to start meaningful, age-appropriate conversations
  • Build a foundation for healthy, God-honouring relationships
