Ministry Overview:
SJSM sponsors two Companies at Fuhua Primary School: 24th BB Junior Company and 14th GB Primary Company. These ministries disciple children
through uniformed group values and Christ-centered character building.
Purpose/Objective:
To nurture boys and girls into God-fearing individuals through discipline,
mentoring, and Christian leadership.
BOYS’ BRIGADE (BB) Objective:
To advance Christ’s Kingdom among Boys and promote habits of obedience, reverence, discipline, self-respect, and true Christian manliness.
GIRLS’ BRIGADE (GB) Mission:
Growing Girls, Becoming Leaders – to equip, empower, and enable every Girl to grow into a leader, and every Officer to be a servant leader.
MINISTRY OPPORTUNITIES
OFFICERS (Training Provided)
Activity: Plan and lead weekly activities, nurture leadership and character development with Christ-centered values.
Commitment: Weekly on Fridays, 1:45–4:30PM, after school hours at Jurong East.
ADULT/YOUTH (VOLUNTEERS)
Activity: Assist on a project or short-term basis; befriend children and parents during outings, and support officers in logistics and administration.
Commitment: Weekly on Fridays, 1:45–4:30PM, after school hours at Jurong East.
