Synopsis: A retreat to grow your desire to learn to hear God’s voice and to cultivate an intimate and loving relationship with Him.

Hearing God is foundational to cultivating an intimate, loving relationship with Him through Jesus that will impact our lives immensely. If we do not hear His voice, our life will not be what God has promised it to be. We will inevitably be resorting to other voices for counsel. More so in these uncertain times when disruptive changes and daunting challenges abound on many fronts. The Shepherd’s guidance is needed to help us negotiate through these uncharted waters. If we want to hear, then we must learn to listen. One who hears God is operating from the very foundation and framework of all reality, not from the fringe (Dallas Willard).

So set aside 2 days to draw near to Him, to deepen our understanding and gain fresh insight in learning to listen to Him, both individually and corporately.

Retreat components:

Teaching:

• Hearing God;
• Our true identity in Christ;
• Disciplines of Solitude, Silence & Stillness;
• Hearing God thru Scriptures, Listening Prayer, The Way forward.

Practice Sessions:

• Participants will be given the opportunity to practise hearing God individually and in group settings under guidance.

Ministry:

• Personal prayer ministry for participants is included.
