Ministry Overview:
SJSM’s Filipino congregation is a vibrant ministry that seeks to unite members in heartfelt praise and worship where members are encouraged to use their talents in music, singing and dance to glorify God. Members are nurtured to grow in faith through discipleship, developing a personal devotional life, and discipling others. We deepen relationships through mutual support when in need, celebrate birthdays and even pre-wedding celebrations for brides-to-be.
This ministry serves as spiritual home for Filipinos, both newcomers and longtime residents and their families who desire to deepen their relationship with God while building lasting relationship with fellow believers.
Purpose/Objective:
To equip them with God’s word and some basic life skills so that they can be effective witnesses in their places of influence. Create a community where we can celebrate life together and be an extended family away from home.

Activity: Conduct teachings such as basic care giving and how to prevent burnout and active listening and attending skills.
