Joseph Chean is the national director of Youth with A Mission (YWAM) Singapore, a global movement of Christians from many denominations who are dedicated to presenting Jesus personally to this generation. Joseph is married to Kim and they have two daughters, Olivia and Ashley. He attends and serves at Chapel of the Holy Spirit, an Anglican church where he served as a youth pastor and Chaplain’s Assistant at St. Andrew’s Secondary School for eight years (1989-1997). During that time, he pioneered Eternal Splashes, a creative arts outreach ministry that trains and disciples youth to do street evangelism in Singapore. He joined YWAM in 1997, and served in various leadership roles before assuming the role of National Director of YWAM Singapore in 2012.
David and Cynthia Leong were married in December 1987 and have three children — Ivan, Alyssa and Dorlisa. They have conducted training for children’s workers, parents, teachers and ministered with children and families locally and regionally for more than 20 years. They are currently freelance itinerant Children & Families Educators since 1st July 2013 and 1st January 2014 respectively.
David was a missionary of Grace Methodist Church, serving in Scripture Union Singapore as the Director of Children & Families Ministries, Executive Director of Scripture Union Singapore and Regional Children’s Ministry Co-ordinator of Scripture Union East & West Asia. He has a Master of Christian Studies degree from Regent College, Canada and is a certified trainer of teachers for Hope for Kids and UnveilinGLORY Seminar (USA).
Cynthia is a former pre-school educator and kindergarten principal for a total of 15 years, has a Bachelor of Theology degree from Trinity Theological College, Singapore; a Bachelor of Arts degree in Childhood and Family Education from Edith Cowan University, Australia and a Master of Arts degree in Counselling from Singapore Bible College.
Fest Registration
Fest online registration starts on 21 May and ends on 19 Jun 2359hrs
Fest fee is S$50/adult, S$20/child (age 3 to 10)

Children Programme and Childminding Information
The children programme will be led by David and Cynthia Leong for children from age 3 to 10 years. There will be learning through fun activities such as songs, games and crafts.
Meanwhile, childminding will be available for children above 3 years old. There will be screening of children movies and board games made available for the children.
